VMS Martika

After construction of VMS Prix Fixe, I was left with a forkless 20" girls' bike and a soulless 16" girl-toddlers' bike. I got the bright idea to make a lowrider, and an hour later it was (poorly) welded together.

In a few days I painted the front-end black and got a chrome-crown black fork for a 27" wheel. A little channel-lock here, a little vise there, and now it's ready. Maybe someday she will get full-size ape hangers.

Total cost < $10

That headset is not threaded for that steer tube. Man it took a lot of effort to get it on there.
